Chocolate Lover Granola
My favorite breakfast! Add it to some coconut yogurt and fruits or perfect as a snack on the go!
Ingredients:
- 2 cup of coconut flakes
- 1 cup of nut mix (basically put whichever nuts you like)
- 1 cup of seeds
- 2 cups of oats
- 2 tbsp of cacao powder
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
Method:
- Mix everything together.
- Spread on a baking tray.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 120 degrees
- Stir regularly
- Wait for it to cool down
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
