Chocolate Lover Granola

My favorite breakfast! Add it to some coconut yogurt and fruits or perfect as a snack on the go!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup of coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of nut mix (basically put whichever nuts you like)
  • 1 cup of seeds
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp of coconut oil

Method:

  • Mix everything together.
  • Spread on a baking tray.
  • Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 120 degrees
  • Stir regularly
  • Wait for it to cool down
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
