Let me introduce myself !

Hello there! Welcome to my very first blog post! Living with spondyloarthritis for the last 10 years, I have always dreamed of a platform with all kind of advice to help me on my lonely journey to wellness town. So here I am creating a blog to share my journey with you and hope it could help someone along the way. Being diagnosed with an incurable illness is daunting but it can also be a blessing in disguise, a very painful disguise indeed, but still a blessing. Your body is asking for your attention and care and no swear word is going to make it go away so you might as well embrace it. It is time to bring self-love to the party, listen to your needs, inform yourself, experiment with foods. You never know what could work for you. And if along the way, you need some inspiration, you know where to find me ;)
